Return Policy
Returns for online sales may be made within 7 days of receiving the jewelry. In order to make a return, you MUST email us at contact@colleenlappejewelry.com to let us know you are mailing back the jewelry. Returns are only accepted for unworn, in perfect condition jewelry. There is a 10% restocking free for returned jewelry.
If you requested ring sizing upon placing an order, the item is considered final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Worn or damaged jewelry will not be accepted.
