A very special 35th anniversary ring for Ellen. After years of wear, her original engagement ring was so well loved that it broke in half. It was time for a replacement. Ellen came to me with the idea for this ring after being inspired by a second hand engagement ring with a similar design. She loves thick rings so we decided on hers we would use bigger diamonds on the band. I tapered down the top and bottom of the split band to which helps avoid clunkiness but still allowing for a bold look. The inside of the ring has a heavy comfort fit as an added measure in giving the ring a lighter feel. The triple split shank is such a fun design element that allows for each row of pave diamonds to really stand out.
