A reimagined heirloom ring for Jess. Her and her now fiance wanted to create a custom engagement ring using her grandmother’s diamond. Jess wanted her engagement ring to fall in the sweet spot of fitting her unique and fun style while still reading as an engagement ring. We landed on a cigar band with a hammered finish. It allows her grandmother’s diamond to be center stage, which was important to the couple, and it has an organic feel to it to match Jess’ spirit. The band tapers quite a bit to allow it to be comfortable for everyday wear while also leaving space on her finger for the wedding ring (most important part!). I love how this ring manages to be perfectly practical but show-stopping at the same time. A win-win.
